Church Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Church Administrator to join our organization.

The Church Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our church, managing office functions and finances, as well as facilitating communication within our congregation and the community.



  • Oversee church operations and manage office duties, including record-keeping, and preparing weekly bulletins.

  • Coordinate with volunteers, organize church events and programs, and manage calendars.

  • Process mail, answer phone calls, and manage church email account.

  • Assist in the preparation of the annual budget.

  • Coordinate church meetings and record minutes.

  • Maintain and update church website and social media platforms.

  • Maintain an organized system for confidential church documents.

  • Manage the maintenance and repair of church property, scheduling necessary inspections and services.

  • Assist Lead Pastor and Manage Lead Pastor's Schedule 



  • Proven work experience as a Church Administrator or similar administrative role.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Proficient in the use of office software and social media platforms.

  • Respect for confidentiality and discretion.

  • Understanding of the structure and operations of the Church.

  • Salary: Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
